Consultation FAQs

What do I need to know?

What happens during a consultation?

We'll start by asking you what your concerns and skin goals are along with asking what your current skincare routine is. We’ll go though what treatments we offer and then suggest the ones we feel will address your skin concerns.

What platform do you use for online consultations?

We prefer to use Zoom for our online consultations in order to ensure we’re able to get a clear view of your face. Don’t worry, there’s nothing to be scared of, we’ll talk you though how to use Zoom!

How long does an online consultation take?

The average online consultation takes between 15-25 minutes, but we’re happy to take as long as needed to answer any questions you may have.

Preparing for your consultation

All we need is for you to ensure you're somewhere well lit, perhaps near a window, and to have a stable WIFI connection.

Is a video call necessary or can we just talk on the phone?

Videos are the most suitable form of communication for discussing things like injectables or derma fillers as it will enable us to know what treatment will work best for your skin. If you're shy, don't worry, we're really friendly!

What are the next steps?

We'll email you all that was discussed during the consultation and enquire when you'd like to make the appointment for your treatment.
